I knew the CHELSEA GARDENS CARDMAKING STAMP PLUS THIN CUTS (Z4158) was a MUST to create this Cascade Garden Card!
I cut out the shapes on White Daisy Cardstock, then stamped with Archival Black Ink and brushed on some color using assorted colors of Exclusive Inks and a Waterbrush. I also cut some shapes out of Gold Foil Paper and Chelsea Gardens paper for added accents. The CHELSEA GARDENS PAPER PACK (Z7230B) worked beautifully as a card base with a Zip Strip added as an accent.
